International specialist committed to developing innovative, sustainable, and holistic approaches, implementing blue nature-based business solutions for conserving coral reefs and blue carbon ecosystems. Professional with experience in resource management, development, and supervision of international interdisciplinary projects. He has collaborated in various scientific research and technological development projects in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. He is a passionate explorer of coastal ecosystems and their aquatic species. He has an educational profile as an Aquaculture Engineer, with a Master’s and Doctor in Biological Sciences.

Specialist in cultivating and maintaining corals and various marine organisms. He has an extensive background in designing, constructing, and providing guidance for freshwater, marine reef, and aquaculture aquarium projects. Their unwavering dedication to developing sustainable businesses to restore coral reefs and preserve marine species showcases a strong commitment to international environmental conservation. He has an educational profile as a Biologist.

MsC. Francisco Hidalgo Herrera
Professional in the seas and airspace, which provides him with a strategic, unique, and special vision for the association’s activities. This has led him to travel, by sea, land, and air, to more than 11 thousand kilometers of the Mexican coastline and visit most of the large islands that make up the Mexican Territory. Engineer in Naval Sciences, from the Heroica Naval Military School, with a master’s degree in Geopolitics, from the Center for Higher Naval Studies, with a specialty as a Helicopter Pilot, from the Naval Aviation School, and Naval Command, from the Center for Higher Studies Naval.

Claudia is the founder of Bacabes del Mar company. With over 30 years of experience in researching coral reef ecology, Claudia has developed numerous research projects focusing on the characterization of marine biota, monitoring, management, and conservation of species. Her recent work also includes leading reef restoration programs. Claudia has been instrumental in innovating coral production techniques, managing marine nurseries, and spearheading comprehensive restoration of coastal ecosystems. She is adept at strategic planning for the rehabilitation of damaged reef areas on both short and medium scales.”

Eng. Vicente Cureno Delfin
Vicente is the founder of CICA, and has more than 35 years of experience in developing engineering, construction, and maintenance projects for various industries. He specializes in the engineering and modernization of wastewater treatment plants and also provides advice on life support systems for the first aquarium expansion in Veracruz. Additionally, he has experience in constructing animal facilities at the Veracruz Zoo, as well as designing and building aquaculture farms and artificial coral reefs.

Octavio Lemus is the owner of ARTEL, and an expert in the development and accessories in the manufacture of workshops for ceramists, manufacture of high-temperature ceramic kilns, and biochar furnaces, knowledge of ceramic production lines, and advice for artisans in general Expertise in industrial development-focused on the construction of laboratories with prefabricated systems, construction of floating aquaculture farms in dams, design of aerators for fish, design and manufacture of mills and homogenizers to produce Fish Acid Silage. Frederic is the founder of Mero Adventures and has 25 years in the development of recreational and industrial diving operations. Expert in training and certification of novice and advanced divers (PADI, CMAS). Knowledge of photography, underwater videography, and placement of underwater anchor systems. I have focused on the training of tourism service providers, such as the tourism promotion and development of new tourism products with the creation of events massive sports. In recent years I have participated in ecological monitoring of reefs from the coast of Guerrero. The professional diving operation leads me to master the maintenance of diving equipment and in particular maintenance of compressor high pressure, outboard motors, and specialized boat construction for the diving practice.
James Hall
Lawyer, UK
James is qualified UK Lawyer with a specialist in contractual law including land and real estate acquisitions. His experience at law firm CMS was for large multi-national companies on a broad range of land transactions including large portfolio purchases; residential and commercial sales, lease documentation and subsequent finance arrangements for clients. He is able to prepare and structure transactions from a contractual basis. James is also a PADI Divemaster and has a focus on working with NGOs to prepare documentation and supporting them with structuring contractual arrangements.
